We are now months into the COVID-19 pandemic, and social distancing remains a huge concern for many. That is why we have procedures in place to handle the entire estate planning process remotely – including the will signing ceremony.

Although I am happy to meet with you in person (using mask & appropriate social distancing) anywhere in Denver and along the Front Range, if you are more comfortable meeting remotely we can use Zoom or Microsoft Teams to video conference. All interviews and discussions can be done via video conference. And once your estate planning documents are complete, you can sign them at your home, and we can have them witnessed and notarized remotely under Colorado's remote notarization rules enacted specifically to deal with COVID-19.

If you have any questions about the estate planning process, how the will signing ceremony can be done remotely, or anything else regarding our services, please contact us at your convenience!
